# Terms of Service **Effective Date:** January 2025 ## Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using GRIFTR (griftr.us), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. ## Description of Service GRIFTR is a civic engagement platform that allows users to: - View information about their political representatives - Vote on representatives to express approval or disapproval - Access representative approval ratings and data - Access campaign contribution data and financial transparency information ## Age Requirements and Eligibility ### Minimum Age Requirement - **You must be at least 18 years old to use this service** - By using GRIFTR, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older - If you are under 18, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service ### Age Verification - We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time - Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be immediately terminated - We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 ### Why 18+?
